Organized by Sarah Legg, who took over the market in 2009 and rebranded it to its current name, the event has grown into a must-visit hub on the third Sunday of every month. After the 2023 floods forced the Kaukapakapa Memorial Hall to close for repairs, the move to the Helensville A&P Showgrounds proved to be a blessing, offering more space, easier parking, and room for even more creativity.
A day full of color, craft, and connection
With more than 50 stalls spread across the indoor and outdoor areas, visitors are spoiled for choice – from handmade crafts, plants, preserves, and honey to jewelry, books, and collectibles. Families are also enjoying free hair plaiting for kids, barista coffee, and fresh local food while listening to live music by Emilie-Amber.
