Auckland. The Consulate General of India, Auckland, will hold an Open House on the first Saturday of every month, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, at Level 14, 151 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.

What this Open House is for
This session is only for previously pending applications that were physically received at the Consulate at least 30 days before that Saturday. No new applications will be accepted on the day.

Do you need to register to attend?
No registration is required to attend the Open House. Just come prepared with your details.
What to bring
Please carry a simple note with the following information to help staff find your file quickly:
- Service applied for: Passport / Surrender / PCC / Miscellaneous Service
- Applicant full name as in passport
- Passport number
- ARN number if applicable
- Postal address and phone number
- How you submitted: in person at the Consulate or by courier
- Courier tracking number if you sent by courier
- If you provided a pre-paid return courier with tracking: Yes/No
- If yes, the return tracking number and the name written on the return envelope
Can someone else come for you?
Yes. A nominee can attend on your behalf if you cannot visit yourself. Be aware that due to high volumes, waiting times may be longer during the Open House.
